Launching a new Virtual Dataroom offering in partnership with DRS
After several requests from clients wanting the Arion experience in Virtual Data Rooms we are delighted to announce our partnership with DRS of Switzerland. This formalizes the relationship between the two companies and enables Arion to offer the award winning DRS data room product to our clients worldwide. The DRS VDR is unique on the market. Due to the fact that no plug-ins are needed, we don't rely on any third party software and we are not dependent on any common internet browser to use our platform, you can be assured your documentation is safe.

Welcoming aboard Matt Cross and Rachael Rogers
As part of our expansion we are delighted to welcome Matt Cross and Rachael Rogers into the Arion team. Matt and Rachael are both professionals in the financial printing arena specialising in UK Domestic Corporate Finance / M&A and Virtual Data Rooms.
Between them they bring a wealth of experience to the company having worked with all the major players in the field including UBS, Rothschild, Lazard, Altium Capital and Brewin Dolphin as well as all the main law firms including Eversheds, Addleshaw Goddard and Squire Sanders.
